Judge Brian D. BarlowJudge Barlow obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Finance (cum laude) from the University of Utah. After five years in corporate marketing and software development, he returned to school and earned a law degree from Brigham Young University. Judge Barlow came to Grant County in 1996 and practiced law for 11 years before being appointed District Court Commissioner. He was elected judge of Grant County District Court in 2018 and currently serves as presiding judge.

Judge Barlow and his wife raised their family in Grant County, where they have served as leaders and volunteers in their church, schools, and other community organizations. Judge Barlow especially enjoys teaching young people about the judicial system by helping them take part in mock trials.
