- A MAXIMUM OF 12 TIRES PER LOAD
- HOUSEHOLD TIRES ONLY, NO COMMERCIAL
REQUIREMENTS:
- BRING A RECENT UTILITY BILL OR STATE IDENTIFICATION WITH CURRENT ADDRESS
- PARTICIPANTS MUST UNLOAD AND STACK OWN TIRES
- LOADS MUST BE SECURE
