  8. The total dollar amount that your are requesting for the LTAC Grant.

  9. Total predicted attendance at your event or as a result of your promotion

  10. Total predicted attendance of tourists traveling more than 50 miles to your event or as a result of your promotion

  11. Total predicted attendance of tourists traveling from out of state to your event or as a result of your promotion

  12. Predicted attendance that will be paying for overnight lodging/stay at your event or as a result of your promotion

  13. Total predicted attendance that DID NOT pay for overnight lodging for your event (for example stay with relatives, camp for free)

  14. Sponsorships, promotions

  15. Provide a copy of your expense and revenue budget for 2022 

  16. Tell us what impact the LTAC grant has on your event/organization
