Crisis Solutions provides crisis mental health consultations to all age groups as needed and by appointment. Crisis services are provided both over the telephone and through face-to-face assessments.
Individuals, with or without Medicaid, experiencing a mental health crisis may access Crisis Services by:
- Calling the 24-Hour Crisis Line at (800) 852-2923. Family members or friends may also call the Crisis Line if they are concerned about an individual and unsure of what to do or where to go for help.
- Going to any of our locations and notifying front-line staff with a Crisis Therapist (during business hours).
- Going to the nearest hospital emergency room for evaluation.
