Crisis

Crisis Solutions provides crisis mental health consultations to all age groups as needed and by appointment. Crisis services are provided both over the telephone and through face-to-face assessments.

Individuals, with or without Medicaid,  experiencing a mental health crisis may access Crisis Services by:

  1. Calling the 24-Hour Crisis Line at (800) 852-2923. Family members or friends may also call the Crisis Line if they are concerned about an individual and unsure of what to do or where to go for help.
  2. Going to any of our locations and notifying front-line staff with a Crisis Therapist (during business hours).
  3. Going to the nearest hospital emergency room for evaluation.
