Fair Housing

County Policy

Grant County, Washington, supports equal access to housing for all persons as demonstrated through the Board of County Commissioners’ Resolution 13-059-CC (PDF).

The County’s policy is to ensure equal opportunity in housing for all persons regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap or familial status. Through the resolution, the County designates its Commissioner, who currently serves as a member of the Grant County Homeless Housing Task Force, to serve as a point of contact. The Commissioner disseminates information and answers questions of local residents regarding fair housing, without providing legal advice.
