At least a ten (10) day notice to the County Road District in the treatment area is required after this permit is authorized, to allow scheduling of road maintenance or grading prior to treatment. This shall not be construed to obligate the County to perform any work whatsoever. Public Works reserves the right to perform whatever maintenance is needed in the best interest to the public and condition of the County Road & rights-of-way even if Dust Treatment has been applied. Grant County shall not be responsible for any disturbance of the Dust Treatment.
