DEVELOPMENT SERVICES OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
(UPDATED April 02, 2021)
The Grant County Development
Services office will be reopening to the public on April
5, 2021
Please be
advised that a maximum of two people (total) will be
allowed in our service lobby at any one time and face
masks are required for entry and for service.
To the maximum extent possible please
limit visits to the office for purposes of submittal of
applications and issuance of permits. We will gladly
handle your general property and building questions at
the counter as well; however, depending on the volume of
traffic to the office we may be forced to cut those
conversations short and finish them via email or the
phone in order to continue to serve other customers with
specific application matters.
If
you are unable or uncomfortable coming into our office
at this time, please feel free to continue to mail (USPS,
UPS, FedEx, etc) your applications in to our office
instead. Likewise all of your general property and
building questions can be handled via email and the
phone which may eliminate your need to make a trip to
our office.
Feel
free to reach us at (509) 754-2011, extension 3001 or
via email at
[email protected]
for all of your building questions
and at
[email protected]
for all of your land use and
zoning questions. These
email addresses are
monitored all day, responses are returned as soon as
practical.
