Passports application processing at the Clerk’s Office: (For New Applications)

Grant County Clerk's Office in the Law & Justice Building (behind the courthouse), Room 218, Ephrata, WA


When:
In order to better serve you, please present your passport application for processing during the following days/hours:


Monday  - Thursday 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM (arrive prior to 11:30 AM) & 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM (arrive prior to 4:00 PM)

PLEASE USE THIS CHECKLIST AND BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

  • Completed Passport Application - - in BLACK INK ONLY (Do Not Sign until you are instructed to do so at the Clerk’s office).
     

  • Evidence of U.S. Citizenship (Certified birth certificate, naturalization certificate, certificate of citizenship).
     

  • Identification (valid Driver’s License/current passport - see instructions for forms of photo identification).
     

  • Passport Photo (passport photos have special requirements - - please see instructions for details).
     

  • Your child(ren) - - If you are applying for your child’s passport, the child (15 yrs. or younger) must also be present - - with BOTH parents. Children 16-17 may apply without a parent present if the child is paying with a parent’s check.
     

  • 2 Checks or Money Orders (see following information regarding fees).

ADULT = $110.00 (16 yrs. or older)

MINOR = $80.00 (15 yrs. or younger)

EXPEDITE = Additional $60.00 fee

 

PASSPORT CARD FEES:

ADULT = $30.00 (16 yrs. or older)

MINOR = $15.00 (15 yrs. or younger)

EXPEDITE = Additional $60.00 fee

Processing Fee = $25.00
